shipping and returns

Our jewelry pieces are carefully prepared and shipped from our Paris workshop.
For international deliveries, parcels are entrusted to DHL and UPS.
An express shipping option is also available — please contact contact@reliquatparis.com
 for any logistical inquiries.

Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of purchase.
You may request an exchange by returning your item in its original box, along with the tracking number. Please reach out to us by email for further guidance.

Returns are also accepted, provided the piece has not been worn, altered, or damaged, and is returned in its original packaging.
For preservation reasons, we are unable to accept items that do not meet these conditions.
